Billy is also a highly experienced butcher, running our market stalls, deli and social media. He is passionate about all things local and artisan and is soon to launch our range of craft beers and wines.

Ron has spent a lifetime working in the food and meat trade and is a much valued assistant to Mike and Billy as well as keeping all our ‘behind the scenes’ paperwork up to date.
