Whole Lamb Box

A whole lamb to be either sold as a whole, or choose to have it butchered to your specifications.

THE PRICE LISTED IS A DEPOSIT. 

Lambs are sold per weight per kilo. We take a £50 non refundable deposit and the final payment is calculated and paid on collection.  Lamb sizes can vary. We will try to get the size you would like.

Information below is an approximate guide. Weights can vary.

For a whole lamb uncut it is £13.50 per kg.   For example a 25kg lamb would cost £337.50

For a whole lamb butchered to your speicfications it is £16.50 per kg.  For example a 25kg lamb would cost £412.50

If you would like the lamb butchered please let us know what your specifications are. This will include 2 legs, 2 shoulders, 14 cutlets (or 2 racks), 10 loin chops (or 5 double Barnsley loin chops), 6 chump steaks, 2 stuffed breasts of lamb plus 6 pieces of stewing lamb on the bone (or 2 boneless neck fillets). Legs and shoulders can be halved, and boned and rolled if desired.
